Service Agreement

This Service Agreement is entered into between Client; and Service provider, collectively referred to as the “Parties”, under the following terms:

Rights to final deliverables transfer only as described in this Agreement and after full payment, unless the Parties agree otherwise in writing.

Clause 8 · Governing law and jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted under the law applicable in the jurisdiction stated below. ________________________
